Yes finally an all vegan Mexican food cart in PDX!! Three tacos pictured here:
Al Pastor
Chorizo & Potato
Birria
All of them were unique and delish, but if I had to choose a favorite, I’d say the the al pastor. There’s just something extra special about pineapple on a taco!! Can wait to try the nopales cactus taco next time!
