Not sure how much this resembles actual ham/bacon because it’s been half a decade since I’ve eaten it. I think the consistency is very similar but the taste seems different, mostly because of the spices. Eating it cold I thought it was okay, similar to meat but not super tasty (3/5). I then took someone’s advice here and warmed it up in a pan with some olive oil and it came out smelling and tasting amazing, almost as good as Tofurky’s ham. When it was thoroughly warmed up (1-2 mins each side) I put it on bread with some olive oil. Would definitely repurchase.

I agree that it needs to be cooked to taste great! Couldn't finish it raw. While cooking it smells veryyyy weird tho lol
