This is called “ataulfo” is a Mexican variety from the south of Mexico 🇲🇽 a place called Soconusco in the state of Chiapas — This type of mango is sweet non fibrous, with low acidity. The color is so vibrant and so yellow 😘
I did not know but this one is the most known mango from Mexico, however out of Mexico you can find it with the name : Champagne mango 🙄 don’t know why —- ataulfo is the name of the first producer in Chiapas so is typically called like that in Mx ..
