Review of Black Peppered Cowless at nomVnom Bistro by shanna

As I bit into this, I start to wonder... why aren't there more black pepper type vegan dishes. Glorious~ other than the great tasting lettuce that we know, they took the effort to grill a few slices of bell peppers, and the taste really hits! The other thing that shone through was the vegan cheese, it will not back down from the black pepper sparks. Haha.
