Review of Impossible Taco at Papi's Tacos by jenniferj1s

Work-aversary celebration lunch for a team member this week. We were all really looking forward to this lunch and while it started well with great chips and guacamole it didn’t finish on a high note. All of us had these tacos and the vegan tacos and all agreed that overall the dish lacked flavour. All the toppings were fresh and looked great, but the taste was underwhelming. Also, $18 for two tacos is ridiculous. I do applaud Papi’s for making an effort to include plant-based options on their menu.
