Mongolian Tofu at HakkaChow - Asian EatsRuth Jeffers's Review (Mar 20, 2021)

The dish is vegan as is. I got it with extra crispy tofu and added broccoli. Tofu is slightly sweet, nice crunchy outside, soft inside. Cooked with white and green onions. Choice between white and brown rice. It’s so yummy, and it’s enough to have leftovers for a midnight snack.
