FANTASTIC! a huge serving of mac n cheeze (my favorite mac in Columbus) topped with spicy buffalo chikun, ranch dressing and scallions. Oh my goodness, it was delicious. I loved the buffalo seitan chikun and I normally don't care for spicy, but it was the perfect amount. I also loved the ranch with the macaroni! Such a great flavor combo! I can't wait to order this again. We always love Seitan's Realm and Kevin is the nicest guy, who is always so supportive of Sunrise Sanctuary.
