Jess's Mess

I’m a huge fan of Seitan’s Realm- they never miss! Jess’s Mess is something I love to come back to when I need a comfort dish. Excellent mac and cheeze, topped with buffalo chickun, vegan ranch, and green onions. Their mac and cheeze is out of this world and the buffalo chickun gives this just another layer of happiness.

August 29th 2024 update. If you haven't had Jess's Mess lately, get on that! @seitansrealmcbus keeps improving their seitan chick'n as well as their sauces. This was the BEST bowl of Jess's Mess I've have. The chicken has tofu in it as well now and it's so juicy and delicious. Also, the creamy #dairyfree cheese sauce is even creamier and cheezier! This serving comes with a large bowl of vegan mac n cheese, topped with their chicken, buffalo and ranch. It's definitely spicy, but the cheeze cools it down a bit. I really love this dish. I finally got around to trying Jess's Mess and it did not disappoint! When I am driving through the area I usually get an entree to eat before my drive and then want to have leftovers. I got two meals out of this and the serving size was perfect for that. It tasted even better heated up! Seitan's Realm can do no wrong!

Jess's Mess got a makeover and now made with seasoned Popcorn Chikun! 🍿 This change is 10/10 awesome in my opinion! I love the Popcorn Chikun, and the fact that they have it on the menu now instead of just on specials, I'm so happy. It has the most delicious seasoning and such a great texture. It's served on a bed of delicious #vegan mac n cheeze, #Buffalo sauce and ranch. I ask for light Buffalo. ⚠️ It's #spicy !!! they are definitely masters of #comfortfood at seitan's realm. the #macandcheese was delicious and the #seitan chicken had the perfect texture. my sister ordered it and she didn't like spicy so substituted bbq sauce at the recommendation of @lizmaselli great 100% #fullyvegan restaurant. extra photos of a little spring color.
