Review of Soya Curl Wrap at Maruti Indian Restaurant by pdxveg

This consisted of a vegan garlic naan with vegan tikka masala sauce, organic onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers, and soya curls. I was already a big fan of their vegan tikka masala and tasty naans, so it’s not surprising that I was delighted with this inventive creation. It was hearty and satisfying and had a nice spicy kick to it. The meaty soy curls were balanced perfectly by plenty of veggies. It was served with a side of roasted potatoes and spring mix with some more vegan tikka masala sauce that went really well with the potatoes.
