Origen sano

I have been using this seasoning for weeks and I like it. It’s an easy way to add a bit of extra flavor. “Taco” was the model this time to show you the product.
Photo 2 shows a 🌮 of “nopales” salad where I added the seasoning 😋

🤓 The #NerdyFact here is that “nopales” are a typical food in Mexico. The nopales pads are the stem of the cacti 🌵 [Opuntia spp.] in Mexico you can find more than 120 Opuntia species which in the most cases are edible (without the spines 😜).
Guanajuato state in Mexico (where I lived for 7 years) is one of the main producers of nopales and their fruits -tunas-
One new biotech company is making “vegan leather” using nopales. How incredible is nature + science 😍
