Happy Women’s Day everyone! May this Buddha bowl be a reminder of the importance of diversity and parity.

I for one loved the the mix of different veggies: greens, beets, carrots, avocado, red cabbage, lettuce, sprouts, peanuts and chickpeas. Sauces were an absolute delight and blended very well into the salad. The salad was very filling but i felt it was definitely on the expensive end of dishes I have eaten recently.
