Cauliflower and Sweet Potatoes are totally vegetables! Not my healthiest moment but I had worked late and waited w-a-y too long to eat. Absolutely delicious-I have no regrets! These Cauli Bites are so good. The batter is crunchy (even after the drive home) and they are not overly greasy. I love that there is still a little crunch to the cauliflower as well. The buffalo sauce is amazing-classic vinegar hot sauce. The ranch dip has a slight tartar sauce vibe and is good too. They make everything from scratch in house. Took a couple of points off the forensics worthy hand print in grease on the container-lol!
