This was disappointing. I thought the seitan would be shredded like pulled pork, but it was large chunks instead. I didn't mind that so much as I could have shredded it myself, but the BBQ sauce was terrible. If I had other BBQ sauce on hand, I would have mixed it in and I know it would have been an improvement, but the product as-is was bad enough that even though I only ate 1/3 of the package, I threw the rest away. Definitely will not buy this again. 👎
