Received one cinnamon roll as part of Rae’s February box set, which is a great way of trying out a range of items from a baker to check out their versatility and how they approach different kinds of bakes. As with the other items in the box, this roll achieves a satisfying texture: soft, fluffy, cushiony. Usually I don’t know what to expect with cinnamon rolls bc they’re pretty standard: sugar glaze and a sprinkle of tangy cinnamon flavour. Rae’s cinnamon roll stands out for its strong cinnamon taste making it less overwhelmingly sugary. Recommended for cinnamon roll fans.
