OMG.....I'm so in awe of the clever peeps that make these meat substitutes. I haven't missed meat once since going vegan, but if this keeps someone on the straight and narrow during a weak moment.....or impresses a vegan-sceptic, then it's gotta be good. 37.6% protein and no E's. Unfortunately, my house now smells of fried pig and my neighbours probably think I'm a big fake. It made a really good BLAT. Will buy it again.
