Review of Chicken Rice at D’Life Signature by sutris

Was disappointed to find out that the rice was just plain rice. Isn't it supposed to be seasoned? The vegetables was also pretty bland. The "chicken" has a decent texture and taste. I would say the chili save the dish; it brings brightness without being overpowering.
