This was the first plant-based turkey I ate since I decided to go vegan. I got to eat this in 2020 for Thanksgiving and it felt a lot better than eating actual turkey for obvious reasons. I enjoyed this feeling great that no animals were harmed in the making of my Thanksgiving meal that year. #abillionlove
