This might be one of the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had. Usually cinnamon rolls tend to be chunky, heavier affairs - the bread in the roll feels substantial and weighty, possibly to balance out the overly sweet flavours of cinnamon and frosting. This was a lovely change from that. Brodandpaj's roll is light and fluffy, with a delicate cinnamon flavour and maple cashew frosting that doesn't overwhelm or weigh down the entire eating experience. Loved this! #abillionlove #vegancny
