Review of Granulat aus Soja - Vantastic Foods by simse

Just made vegan mince with cabbage with this soy-mince from Vantastic Foods. The consistency is really mince-like, but the taste (even when soaked in a nice broth) is not much at first. As with other dry soy-mince products, you need to add a lot of flavor later on, while using it "like meat mince" in a dish. The dish we made had a kind of bechamel-sauce and mashed potatoes so it really came together. I will use it also in other recipes that need a convincing mince!
