Vegan Sausages 'Landjäger Style'
I'm not a special friend of vegan sausages (to me they're kinda weird in taste and consistency in chewing 🙄😏) and I haven't the foggies idea how 'Landjäger Sausages' made with meat could taste...
This ones were kinda nice and reminded me of smoked tofu, just spicier.
They are made of a base of wheat protein and lupine flour, seasoned with cumin, coriander, and pepper.
I'm not sure if I buy them again..., maybe ?! But I'd like to recommend them 🙂😉
Bought: Germany, "Veganz" store, 1,89 €
