these were crazy good! i wouldn't believe that this would taste good, when i first

saw them, but they really were. wheat protein based, very firm, smoked and well seasoned. 38g of protein. perfect for a lazy dinner or even as outdoor snack. eur 1.89

Vegan Sausages 'Landjäger Style'
I'm not a special friend of vegan sausages (to me they're kinda

weird in taste and consistency in chewing 🙄😏) and I haven't the foggies idea how 'Landjäger Sausages' made with meat could taste...
This ones were kinda nice and reminded me of smoked tofu, just spicier.
They are made of a base of wheat protein and lupine flour, seasoned with cumin, coriander, and pepper.
I'm not sure if I buy them again..., maybe ?! But I'd like to recommend them 🙂😉
Bought: Germany, "Veganz" store, 1,89 €

My parents brought some food back from their vacation for my brother and me. I

had no clue what this was supposed to be at first. Apparently landjäger is dried sausage. I really liked the landjäger. It has a lot of flavour. The texture is good. It is chewy but not too hard. #vegansausage #snack

On my short trip to Siegen today I also tried those Landjäger sausages, which normally

is a pretty popular dried sausage variation in Germany. At first, I was unsure about the cornered shape, but the flavour totally convinced me, once again in combination with bread rolls. Spicy, tangy, tasty!
