Hummus Vegetable Burger at Haakon Superfoods and Juice — Kate's Review (Feb 11, 2021)

family ordered in Haakon for dinner last weekend! quinoa & cauliflower patty with beetroot hummus and chipotle in a spinach burger bun, with a side of lettuce & mushrooms. the tomato sauce was really overpowering tbh, would've preferred just the beetroot hummus. patty was the soft mushy kind but still quite substantial. overall a flavourful, well-balanced dish! (would recommend having this dine-in because the bun and lettuce were soggy by the time the food came)
