I’ve never ordered a pizza from Hudson’s because I’m a sucker for their burgers 🍔 I might think twice next time because this looks amazing! I hear you on the vegan cheez thing, though.. most times I can take-it-or-leave-it 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hudsons The Burger Joint (Parkhurst)

Mushrooms, caramalized onions, garlic, thyme, rocket and truffle oil. These are all things I can get behind but the cheez. I still haven’t found a good vegan cheese for pizza. I’d rather omit the mozzarella next time.
