Mushrooms, caramalized onions, garlic, thyme, rocket and truffle oil. These are all things I can

get behind but the cheez. I still haven’t found a good vegan cheese for pizza. I’d rather omit the mozzarella next time.

Really enjoyed the pizza! Base was really nice and the toppings were flavourful.
