Review of Asparagus and Peppercorn Ravioli - Wicked by coolveganbits

This was delicious! When I was cooking it smelled very asparagusy which put me off a bit, so I wasn’t expecting to like it, but it was so nice! The combination of flavours are excellent, the vegan cheese alternative melts and the peppercorn gives it a real kick! It is also gluten free! A word of warning though, it is very easy to over cook. It says 2:30 mins - I did it for a few mins longer and the pasta did go very mushy. So make sure to follow the instructions properly! #glutenfree #pasta #abillionlove
