Asparagus and Peppercorn Ravioli

This pasta was a bit difficult to separate without breaking some pieces, but once cooked (I’ll leave it 2 minutes less next time) it was quite tasty.

Another absolute banger from Wicked Kitchen! This is such a great, quick dish to have on an evening when I’m busy working. Really flavoursome and the filling is just the right amount of cheesy. #wickedkitchen

I am so happy to find fresh ravioli anywhere, they are delicious and convenient to keep in the fridge. These were pricey enough but tasted fab, added bonus of being gluten free for celiac vegans!

I'm more fan of dumplings but might soon change my mind. Really nice and I would gladly buy more and try other vegan ravioli.
