Review of Jajangmyeon (Black Soybean Paste Noodles) at The Boneless Kitchen by applepancakes

if I remember correctly this was $10.90? I think HAHA springy noodles with thick black bean sauce with some zucchini, carrots, potatoes and shredded cucumber on top. not a big fan of it actually, felt that the sauce was a bit too salty and thick. kinda underwhelming and it got jelak after a while. not sure if it was good that they were so generous with the sauce HAHA also had a bit of vingerish after taste? not sure if it’s just me but eh. the noodles were a bit too soft too, felt a lil overcooked. not sure why the experience here this time wasn’t up to usual standards😔 #veganuary
