Birria Quesotacos at The Local Cocobirb's Review (Jan 30, 2021)

They don’t always have birria but when they do - get it. The make their own vegan oaxacan cheese for the quesotacos. You can get oyster mushrooms or hibiscus barbacoa. I went with the hibiscus cause barbacoa used to be life. Hibiscus is an insanely good replicate! Consumé is amazing too, wonderfully spicy and full of flavors. Cant wait to try other dishes here
