Review of Ayam Penyet at Warung Ijo by aishahalattas

Yum this was so good, was really impressed at how closely it tasted to ayam penyet which was one of my go tos before I became vegan. Even my omni family was impressed at how this tasted and the mouthfeel of it in general which felt like fried chicken. Came with house made sambal chilli which is a bit on the sweeter side for me and not enough for the amount of ‘ayam’, but overall still a solid dish that I would get again
