The Roscón de Reyes is a cake that is typically eaten in Spain to celebrate the Epiphany. This one is filled with whipped cream. It's quite good, but I must say that I prefer the "galette des rois" that we eat in France on that same occasion. I'll have to find a recipe... #veganuary
