Broth stock doesn’t hit the spot unfortunately - so close! Maybe if they boil it overnight? The rice noodles taste out of a plastic packaging, again I may be nitpicking as Kway Chap was one of my favourites prior going vegan and I’m #teochew myself so it’s a big deal 🤠 The stock is the most important component of the dish. Served with tofu, mock triple layer meat and peanuts #veganuary
