Soba was boiled just right. Soy sauce was a little on the bland side today, I wished it was a little saltier. Portion was good for me #veganuary

Is it just soba with soy sauce?? Seems kinda boring to me 😆

Hi! How did u get the staff to veganise this soba dish? Cause there's usually fish stock in the dipping sauce
