Thanks for this review.  I had seen these at the supermarket but had never tried them.  

Thai Chilli and Lime Cakes

I loooove these vegie delight asian cakes! Delicious pan fried and served with an asian flavoured pesto I make using fresh asian herbs, cashew nuts, chili,  ginger, lime juice, brown sugar, oil and vegan fish sauce. Some vermicelli noodles, avo and  crisp salad.
YUM!! Perfect summer dish!
