Review of Nasi Ayam Geprek at The Vegan Place (Hartamas) by moralcompassion4all

As prophecied yesterday I couldn't resist ordering this today ---> Nasi Ayam Geprek (less spicy on request, with just a tinyyyy dollop of sambal🤭)

Dear vegans who can handle spicy food, please don't hold it against me 🤣 (the guy/girl from foodbae taking my order had already somewhat patronised me once when I insisted to have a non-spicy 'nasi ayam geprek' (🤫 warning: this might sound outrageous to some native Indonesians who grew up eating this popular dish with lots & lots of sambal)

The "ayam geprek" was pretty delicious ⭐ amazingly deepfried to golden brown crunchiness.. they probably used tofu as the base (😏not gluten/seitan)

Wanting to try their Nasi Lemak Fried Chicken next 🤪 but they told me the chick'n pieces used are exactly the same - only different condiments hehe

As someone who pretty much despises sambal, the sambal that accompanied this dish was rather spectacular imo! Really satisfying 😛
