I can see how these #veganchicken #shreds are a handy thing to stock in the kitchen 🙂 Versatile and can be used in a number of ways (see the reverse of the carton, 2nd image), though so far I've only tried adding them to a pasta dish. That wasn't a roaring success as the clumpiness of the moistened shreds didn't sit well with a dry-ish pesto + oil base. But I definitely see how this can be used better 😅 Have the rest of #veganuary to experiment 😉
