Cheesy Gordita Crunch at Vegan Van — thetreekisser's Review (Jan 4, 2021)

I’ve repeatedly said that this dish would be my last meal, if I had to choose one! Back in my pre-vegan days, I was a HUGE fan of Taco Bell. Vegan Van’s version of the Cheesy Gordita Crunch is phenomenal. The taco meat is perfection, and they use just the right amount of the right kind of vegan cheese. Words cannot do this meal justice. Vegan Van is still a food truck with a small rotating menu, so the Taco Bell items are not always available. If you have a chance to try it, don’t miss out!!
