Review of Vegetable Sashimi (Cold Dish) at Joie by jashment

To sashimi or not to sashimi....I was blown away by the textures of this dish cause even though they were probably sliced vegetables it had that sashimi texture and it went well with the dipping sauce. There were also so many components to this dish with a little soup shot to the sashimi itself. Thoroughly impressed! #veganuary #finedining
