This is an Xmas special at RGB and there is room for improvement. Granted vegan cheese can be hard to work with but it was a little hard to eat at some point.
( RGB, I accidentally ate a spoonful of cheese and beef when you served me the meat version by mistake.. please take more care as a vegan-friendly restaurant!! )

Experience same thing last time at RGB, they serve eggs even though I already requested to be vegan. Not going there anymore.
