Review of Green curry with heura chicken at Bangkok Jam by xinru-t

The Green Curry with Heura Chicken cost $12.90. The bowl of milky green curry came with Heurafoods chicken chunks and assorted vegetables such as carrot and eggplant. The portion of green curry was pretty small and I wasn't really impressed with the Heura chicken which I felt had a taste and texture similar to soy mock meat. The green curry itself tasted nice though. I believe there is a tofu version in Bangkok Jam's standard vegetarian menu. P.S. The Plaza Singapura branch uses Alchemy Fibre in the rice, a nutritious powder blend which slows down digestion of carbohydrates - great for those watching their weight or managing diabetes.
