Review of Tempeh Burger at Green BA by xinru-t

This Tempeh Burger ($11.90) had tasty tempeh patties coated in a sweet sticky glaze, layered with Swiss mushrooms and sliced vegan cheese. The staff shared that they recently switched to vegan cheese and will update the menu soon! I opted for the turmeric bun which was fluffy and golden, and it really had the mild fragrance of turmeric spices. For the sides, I got the garden salad with roasted sesame dressing, as well as pumpkin wedges reminiscent of Japanese tempura.
