This is by far the best cookies I’ve ever had, even compared to non-vegan and homemade cookies. So soft. The ingredients are surprisingly not bad for a cookie either. Certainly not all healthy, but also not as bad as most cookies! I just noticed that it’s also gluten free. I’m glad that they didn’t put that info too big and noticeable on the package; otherwise I might not have bought it, since it seems that taste is often sacrificed in gluten-free.
