Fresh Fennel by Trader Joe'sbananarosie's Review (Dec 23, 2020)

I’ve come a long way with my love for fennel. I used to only associate it with licorice jelly beans and avoided it at all costs. Then I tried it roasted with just some simple olive salt and pepper which is absolutely delicious. I’ve since moved onto eating it fresh, sliced up with lemon and salt and pepper. It’s a perfect combination! I prefer the bulbs to the tops, which is conveniently how Trader Joe’s packages these.
