Misto Allá Griglia at Trader Joe's — Joan Ⓥ's Review (Dec 11, 2020)

This is a super delicious blend of marinated eggplant 🍆 #zucchini and ##peppers 🌶. I love this blend from TJ’s because it makes putting together a quick vegan meal so easy and so delicious. My only complaint is that the #eggplant pieces could be cut a little smaller and then this veggie mix would be perfect. You just toss them in a pan and cook them for a few minutes.. you don’t even have to season them because they are already seasoned. I added them to some #tortillas with some #beans and vegan chick’n and had a delicious meal!
