It doesn’t get much easier than a meal ready with only a minute in the microwave! I actually ended up cooking this on the stovetop, but it didn’t take much longer than that. It’s got everything: beans, rice, fake meat, vegetables (corns and red pepper), and lots of flavor... I’d describe it as a barbecue-y, smoky taste. I added some extra beans and hot sauce, threw it on a tortilla with some vegan cheese... it tasted like fancy food! #veganin2020
