Review of Vegan Orh Luak (Original) at Flavours by Saute by shawneofthedead

Nothing beats this for originality - a dish that couldn't possibly be made vegan, somehow veganised in a way that's quite intriguing and tasty. I love the textures of this dish, and how it comes close to simulating the mouth feel (口感) of real orh luak. The chilli that accompanies the dish really makes it all come together. #veganin2020
