It is only because I know that those place is 100% vegan that I trusted that this croissant was actually vegan . They completely nailed the flakiness and crunch on the outside with a beautiful slightly chewy center. Hands down this is the best vegan croissant 🥐 I have ever tasted. #veganin2020
