Review of Creamy Portobello Mushroom Soup - Imagine Foods by beckyyy

Not a fan. Wasn’t very creamy or flavorful. Not a broth and not what you’d expect from a creamy blended soup. Somewhere in-between that just didn’t work. Added thyme, pepper and a cornstarch slurry and it still wasn’t all that good. Perhaps it would work as a base but I can’t imagine repurchasing this.
