The portobello mushroom soup was used to make gravy with cashews, for Christmas dinner. I

had some left over so I used the rest of it to make stir fried rice. Other ingredients include: baby bok choy, tofu, red peppers, Portabella mushrooms, carrots, asparagus, green beans, sesame oil, crushed red peppers, white pepper, soy sauce, garlic, and eggplant. Most of these items I had on hand for meal prepping soups for the week. this made quite a large batch so I vacuum sealed 2 pouches to freeze for later.

Finally! A creamy mushroom soup made for Vegans! It's delicious and nutritious too. It consists

of portobello mushrooms, onions, garlic, celery, and potatoes in a rich broth. I give this soup two thumbs up! đź‘Ťđź‘Ť

Thin and very mushroom forward, obviously being that it’s mushroom soup. It’s ok for boxed

soup. Probably won’t buy it again though. I like mushrooms but this is just mushroom water and I can eat better things than this.

Not a fan. Wasn’t very creamy or flavorful. Not a broth and not

what you’d expect from a creamy blended soup. Somewhere in-between that just didn’t work. Added thyme, pepper and a cornstarch slurry and it still wasn’t all that good. Perhaps it would work as a base but I can’t imagine repurchasing this.
