Abe's Dad started the brand for his son, who was born with severe food allergies (dairy, egg, nuts, soy, and more). Like millions of other kids, Abe was isolated from friends and classmates during celebrations, snack, and lunch time.

Vegan Lemon Poppy Muffin

contains no preservatives and was clearly molded but i still ate it for a possible psychoactive effect from that.  some will find it fun that there are 420 calories in a full muffin.  #leMonday #MuffinMonday
