this dish has been in my mind for days. in fact, this dish is what made me create an account here. anyway, the raspberry cheez cake ice cream was reminiscent of raspberry swirl ice cream you could get from the ice cream man and his cart. but even better because this rendition’s coated with a decadent choco shell.. paired the cocoa biscuit base cemented it as one my top favorite dishes.. ever!
